Candidate Presentation and Selection Phase

  • All candidates submitted will be accompanied by a brief synopsis of their reasons for making a change, relocation preference and current compensation.
  • We brief and debrief candidates and clients for all interviews.
  • We work with the hiring managers to develop reference questions.
  • We perform thorough reference checking and background checks to verify education and certifications following the establishment of mutual interest. If requested, we can administer our personality inventory assessment.
  • We can assist in crafting and negotiating an offer which will increase chances of acceptance.
  • Our Partners maintain continuous contact with targeted candidates to ensure constant communication and opportunity to “close the placement.”
  • We conduct post-employment follow-ups and alert our clients to any issues that may jeopardize the successful retention of a placed employee.
