Candidate Development Phase
- We will conduct a thorough search of qualified professionals, both active and passive, to identify a large pool of qualified candidates. We then narrow the pool to 3-5 ideal candidates in a 30-45 day time frame.
- We then conduct a thorough screening of qualified candidates identified as consistent with position requirements. This process includes a phone or, if requested by you a personal interview to screen candidates against position requirements.
- We determine the candidate’s compensation requirements and past compensation history in our search firm comments.
- We provide a written summary of candidate qualifications against position requirements and their motivation for making a career move.
